Job summary

Lonestar Forklift in Longview, Texas is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to deliver sales and technical support to our Parts customers and the Service department.

You will manage receiving, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories, provide pricing quotes, and ensure timely order fulfillment while delivering excellent service to customers. This onsite role offers career growth in a customer-focused team.

• Selling parts products and providing excellent service to customers
• Contributing to branch revenue and margin targets
• Managing key customer accounts
• Providing pricing and parts availability for quotes
• Following up on quotes and closing orders
• Providing Service Technicians with required parts
• Overseeing inventory and requesting parts
• Assisting with shipping and receiving of orders
• Collecting payments and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Processing customer credits and returns
• Recording sales and verifying receiving documents
