Rush Truck Centers in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Parts Sales Representative for the front counter. The role involves selling parts to customers at the counter or by phone, processing movements in SAP, and keeping repair orders current in Service Link.

Responsibilities include ordering parts, documenting sales per Rush policies, handling returns, and maintaining records. The position supports daily shipments and account outreach, with opportunities for CSI engagement and growth in a large dealer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months’ experience in over the counter sales, preferably in a dealership or service setting.
• Familiarity with accounting and inventory tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts to external and account customers over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone.
• Ensure all parts movements are performed in SAP in a timely manner.
• Keep repair orders updated in Service Link.
• Initiate all retail orders possible in Parts link.
• Ensure all sales are documented per Rush policies with signatures and payment details.
• Process returns and credits for parts with proper invoice references.
• Maintain orderly records of orders, invoices, estimates, and parts.
• Prepare orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Contact assigned accounts by phone and participate in CSI and marketing.
