Rush Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Sales Representative - Front Counter to sell commercial vehicle parts to external customers at the counter or by phone. The role involves processing SAP movements, updating repair orders in Service Link, initiating retail orders in Parts link, and documenting all sales per Rush policies.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and six months of over-the-counter sales experience, plus familiarity with accounting and inventory software.

Responsabilidades

• Sell parts to external and account customers, over the counter, shop, or by phone.
• Ensure all parts movements are performed in SAP.
• Keep repair orders updated in Service Link.
• Initiate retail orders in Parts link.
• Document sales per Rush policies (signatures, checks, and receipts).
• Process returns and issue credits with invoice reference.
• Manage core returns and other returns per procedure.
• Maintain orderly records of orders, invoices, estimates, and parts.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Solicit assigned accounts by phone.
• participate in CSI and marketing.
