Job summary

TNTX, LLC is seeking a Parts Counter Salesperson to assist customers and technicians with identifying, procuring, and invoicing heavy-duty truck parts. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage parts orders efficiently to support the service department and retail sales.

You will greet customers, identify parts using online systems, provide quotes, and process orders.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work through multiple transactions and interactions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Heavy Duty Truck parts is required.
• Knowledge of Medium Duty Truck parts is required.
• Basic computer usage and navigation knowledge.
• Able to speak precisely and clearly.
• Detail oriented in verbal, written, and observational tasks.
• Cash handling and balancing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
• Handling parts, tools, and materials regularly.
