• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts and related products.
• Promote products and services while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Process and communicate online parts orders via the company portal.
• Receive and verify incoming shipments against documentation.
• Stock inventory and maintain organized areas.
• Support merchandise presentation and displays.
• Monitor shortages and discrepancies and report to the team lead.
• Assist in fulfilling customer orders, including stock orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized parts department and warehouse.
• Assist in care of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate to support daily operations and customer service goals.
