Responsibilities

• Deliver parts to service technicians as needed.
• Maintains a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts.
• Attends parts department meetings.
• Manage parts delivery, receiving, and stocking to inventory.
• Manage inbound and outbound guest phone calls.
• Monitors parts inventory to minimize obsolescence.
• Ensure that all parts are properly tagged so that the dealership recovers full credit from the factory.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations (i.e. OSHA Right-to-Know), and standards to maintain the legality and business integrity of Dealership.
• Works with the service department members to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed for internal jobs.
• Other tasks assigned.
