Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in retail or service teams.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing employees.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage inventory and returns.
• Support commercial accounts and deliveries to meet customer needs.
• Promote PPE use and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly.
