You will support the Store Manager in developing staff, monitoring goals, and delivering timely deliveries for commercial accounts, all while upholding company standards and a strong customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership with integrity and decision-making.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Experience in automotive retail or service environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training and developing staff to foster a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, shrink control and efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to sustain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and promote safety practices in line with company standards.
• Support management of commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs and deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly, upholding company policies.
