AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, pursue sales goals, and deliver WOW! customer service while ensuring strong operations.

Under Store Manager guidance, MITs demonstrate initiative, manage inventory and processes, and support commercial departments to meet customer needs in an automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership: integrity, decision-making, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible Schedule: Full-time with mornings, nights, weekends and OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing employees under Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling and shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service.
• Drive sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE, promote safety and compliance with company standards.
• Support commercial hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while upholding policies.
