As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll help lead a high-performing store, drive sales, manage inventory, and support deliveries to automotive customers. You’ll supervise and train staff, maintain clear communication, monitor goals and safety standards, and collaborate with commercial accounts to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities in retail.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail experience required.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train high-performing employees; supervise store operations.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures; manage inventory, cash handling, shrink.
• Lead Parts Sales & Inventory Management to exceed targets.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards; support commercial accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly per company policies.
