Qualifications

• Leadership and integrity in managing a team.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and process returns.
• Enforce PPE use and safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly and in line with policy.
