Job summary

AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead by example and partner with the Store Manager to reach sales goals while maintaining WOW! customer experience.

You will supervise, train, and develop staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and support commercial accounts. This full-time role requires ASE certification and bilingual Spanish/English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in automotive retail environments.
• Ability to train and develop high-performing staff.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish for customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead parts sales, inventory management, merchandising, and returns processing.
• Enforce safety, PPE use, and company policies.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and optimize store performance.
