As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead by example, supervise and train staff, and optimize inventory and merchandising to exceed sales targets. This full-time role requires leadership capability, bilingual communication in Spanish and English, and prior automotive retail exposure.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities and integrity.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred (customer-facing sales).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets and ensure timely processing.
• Uphold WOW! customer service standards and safety/compliance procedures.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to ensure seamless operations and deliveries.
