Job summary

AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance and exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team, manage inventory, and push sales targets while delivering WOW! Customer Service.

You’ll work under the Store Manager, develop staff, and collaborate with department leaders to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries. ASE certification and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with inventory and sales targets.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Exposure to automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Promote safety and risk management practices, PPE use, and compliance.
• Support commercial accounts and timely deliveries to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
