Qualificações

• Leadership with integrity and clear decision-making.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing staff.
• Maintain clear interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling and shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead sales and inventory efforts, ensure timely returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety practices, uphold company standards.
• Support commercial accounts to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and address store issues promptly.
