Job summary

AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance and delivers WOW! Customer Service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead a high‑performing team, drive sales targets, manage inventory, and support seamless store operations under the Store Manager’s guidance.

You will promote exceptional communication in English and Spanish, enforce safety standards, and contribute to a culture of growth and career development within a vital automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or automotive environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• ASE Certification required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets and ensure timely returns and merchandising.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations and WOW customer service.
• Oversee safety, PPE usage, risk management and compliance with company standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
