Qualifications

Leadership: demonstrates integrity, decision‑making skills, and strong leadership abilities.
Flexible schedule: Full‑time, including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
Automotive retail experience; ASE certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing high‑performing staff.
Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
Follow store procedures, manage inventory, handle cash and reduce shrink.
Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to maintain service excellence.
Lead sales and inventory management, including returns processing and merchandising.
Uphold PPE usage, safety standards, and risk management practices.
Support commercial accounts to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
Resolve customer issues promptly while adhering to policies.
