Under the Store Manager’s guidance, MITs supervise staff, manage inventory, support commercial accounts, and ensure safety compliance, with a focus on growth, coaching, and seamless customer experiences. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership and strong decision‑making abilities.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification required or preferred.
