Responsibilities

• Follow store procedures, manage cash handling, and reduce shrink.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management, including timely returns.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and in line with policy.
