• Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Proven ability to supervise, train and develop staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and manage returns/merchandising.
• Maintain WOW! customer service and clear communication with customers and staff.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy, shrink control, and safety/compliance.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and service.
