• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish; strong interpersonal skills.

• Safety, compliance, and PPE enforcement as part of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to drive sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Oversee merchandise, returns processing, and merchandising standards.
• Support store manager with supervision, training, and development of employees.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, shrink, and cash handling in store operations.
