As a Parts Sales Manager, you will support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team, deliver exceptional service, and manage daily store operations with excellence in Spanish Fork, Utah. This role emphasizes leadership, effective communication in English and Spanish, inventory and sales optimization, safety compliance, and collaboration with commercial departments

Qualifications

• Leadership with integrity, decision-making, and team leadership.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Exceptional communication in Spanish and English with customers and staff.
• Automotive retail experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
• Maintain clear interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and shrink control.
• Lead sales and inventory management to exceed targets.
• Ensure safety, PPE compliance, and risk management.
