Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling and shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Enforce PPE and promote safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns swiftly and uphold company policies.
