Qualificações

• Leadership and decision-making abilities with a track record of team development.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual ability (Spanish) is a plus.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Experience in automotive retail and a valid ASE certification is preferred.
• Ability to manage inventory, sales targets, and customer service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, and oversee cash handling.
• Lead teamwork with store staff and commercial departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Drive Parts Sales, optimize inventory levels, and handle returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards; promote risk management practices.
• Support commercial accounts to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
