Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, prevent shrink, ensure efficiency.
• Lead collaboration with store staff and department leaders to deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive parts sales and inventory management, optimize stock levels, and process returns and merchandising.
