Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to supervise, train, and develop high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive success.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets and ensure merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards to promote a safe work environment.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding company policies.
