Qualifications

• Leadership skills with ability to supervise and develop a team
• Excellent communication with customers and staff
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime
• Experience in automotive retail preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• ASE Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Leadership: supervise, train, and develop high-performing employees
• Communication: maintain clear interactions with customers and employees
• Metrics Mindedness: monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards
• Process Orientation: follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control
• Teamwork: collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management: lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising
• Safety & Compliance: enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards
• Commercial Account Support: assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs
• Problem Solving: resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies
