Responsabilités

• Lead and assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure excellent customer service.
• Drive sales targets through effective parts sales and inventory management.
