Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results.
• Follow structured procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and promote safety and risk‑management practices.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues swiftly while upholding policies.
