• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• Monitor sales goals and inventory accuracy.
• Follow store procedures and manage cash handling.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead sales and manage inventory and returns.
• Enforce PPE use and safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and in line with policies.
