AutoZone is hiring a Parts Sales Manager in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. You will drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and ensure a WOW! customer service experience while managing store operations under the Store Manager’s guidance.

The role emphasizes leadership, inventory control, and strong communication with customers and team members. AASE certification and automotive retail background are highly valued. Flexible full-time schedule required.

Qualifications

• Leadership, integrity, and decision-making abilities are essential.
• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English are required.
• Experience in automotive retail or service environment is preferred.
• Full-time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets and optimize stock.
• Ensure PPE use, safety compliance, and risk management practices.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet customer needs.
• Resolve customer issues quickly while upholding company policies.
