The role supports the Store Manager with supervision, training, and development, and focuses on inventory, merchandising, and timely deliveries to customers. You will work with store staff and commercial department leaders to ensure seamless operations, exceed sales targets, and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communications with customers and employees for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling; minimize shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
