• Assist Store Manager by supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety practices, promote risk management, and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial accounts and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues swiftly while adhering to policies.
