AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to support store leadership under the Store Manager, drive sales performance, and develop a high-performing team focused on WOW! customer service.

You will manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, merchandising, and safety compliance to meet targets. The role emphasizes leadership, effective communication with customers and staff, and collaboration with commercial departments to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Leadership, integrity and decision‑making skills required.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Experience in automotive retail and ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise, train and develop high‑performing employees to foster a motivated team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth store operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling and shrink control.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels and manage returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety practices and uphold company safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts and ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.
