Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in parts sales or automotive/industrial parts is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive or machinery parts is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and supplies.
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Process parts orders in person or over the phone with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of parts inventory, features, and availability.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to parts and products.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and keeping an organized parts area.
• Process payments, provide receipts, and complete sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
