TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Counter Associate at our Billings location. You will be the first point of contact for customers needing parts, identify needs, provide recommendations, and process orders to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Prior parts sales experience is preferred, and basic computer skills are required to operate sales systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to parts and products.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining an organized parts area.
• Process payments, provide receipts, and complete sales transactions.

TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is a growing company representing Mack Trucks, Volvo Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment, along with being the Servicing Dealer for multiple other product lines that support the On Highway, Construction and Agriculture Industry. Due to growth, we are currently looking to hire a Parts Sales Counter Associate at our Billings location.

Position Overview:

As a Parts Sales Counter Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing parts and supplies.
