Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry level Parts Associate to deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in, counter and phone customers while providing timely product information. You will assist in locating merchandise, processing orders, and maintaining inventory integrity to support a smooth showroom operation.

You will help keep displays neat and attractive, while communicating effectively with customers and team members to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely pickups or deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to in-store, counter & phone customers.
• Sell related parts and accessories to customers.
• Process in-store orders accurately and communicate pickup/delivery status.
• Locate and obtain merchandise for customers, including in-stock and out-of-stock items.
• Maintain inventory integrity and assist with cycle counts.
• Keep showroom clean and merchandise displays organized.
