Paycom Senior Parts Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the shop. Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), the position covers parts receiving, matching, distribution, and invoicing to keep workflow efficient.

Responsibilities include monitoring parts ETAs, handling returns, posting invoices daily, and ordering supplemental parts as needed. Must lift 50 lbs and work in a noisy environment; CCC One proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of related experience.
• Proficient with CCC One.
• Able to read repair orders.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage incoming parts deliveries.
• Match parts accurately to ensure correctness.
• Distribute parts efficiently within the shop.
• Process invoices promptly.
• Handle returns effectively.
• Keep track of daily parts ETAs and communicate updates.
• Order supplemental parts when required.
• Post invoices daily and manage credits.
