Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions in Stanton, TX is seeking a reliable Parts Runner to support shipping and receiving, move parts between buildings, and keep inventory organized. You will verify incoming shipments, stock parts, and update inventory records to reflect current counts.

This fast-paced warehouse role requires strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work with various teams. Forklift certification and a valid driver's license are a plus, and you will follow safety

• 1–2 years in a parts department preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy.

• Experience shipping and receiving and using warehouse software.

How You Will Make an Impact:

The Parts Runner is responsible for assisting with the shipping and receiving of parts, running parts between different buildings and stocking and tracking inventory. This role ensures that parts are efficiently and accurately distributed and managed within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the shipping and receiving process, including verifying incoming shipments, unpacking and organizing parts.
• Deliver parts to various buildings and departments within the company promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product movements and update inventory tracking systems.
• Stock parts in designated locations and ensure shelves are organized and labeled correctly.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill parts requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the parts area clean and organized.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents and other required paperwork.
• Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them.
• Know and comply with all safety policies, standards, and procedures that apply to your job.
• Errand running and procurement pickup as needed.
• Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings.
• Use the correct tools and use them safely.
• Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a parts department is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving.
• Proficiency in using shipping and inventory management software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mathematical skills to help manage the inventory, pricing, and estimates.
• Problem-solving skills to deal with parts inventory issues.
• Product knowledge to correctly identify parts and recommend needed parts.
• Time management skills with the ability to work alone.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Must treat everyone equally with respect and dignity.
• Possess or able to obtain forklift certification and operate forklift safely in various conditions in and out of warehouse.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to work legally in the US.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
