Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a Parts Runner to assist with shipping and receiving, stock parts, and manage inventory across facilities in Stanton, TX. You will verify shipments, unpack and organize parts, deliver to buildings, and maintain accurate records in our inventory system.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, forklift certification (or ability to obtain), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• 1–2 years in a parts department preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience shipping and receiving; proficient in relevant software.
• Forklift certification and safe operation in warehouse settings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work legally in the US.
• Willingness to pass drug screening and maintain a clean MVR.
• Product knowledge to correctly identify parts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the shipping and receiving process, including verifying incoming shipments, unpacking and organizing parts.
• Deliver parts to various buildings and departments within the company promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update inventory tracking systems.
• Stock parts in designated locations and ensure shelves are organized and labeled correctly.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill parts requests and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the parts area clean and organized.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents and other required paperwork.
• Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them.
• Know and comply with all safety policies, standards, and procedures that apply to your job.
• Errand running and procurement pickup as needed.
• Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings.
• Use the correct tools and use them safely.
• Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Product knowledge tocorrectlyidentifyparts and recommend needed parts.

• Time management skillswith the ability to work alone.

• Effective communication and customer service skills.

• Must treat everyone equally with respect and dignity.

• Possessor able to obtain forklift certification andoperateforklift safely in various conditions in and out of warehouse.

• A valid driver’s license and the ability to work legally in the US.

• Pass a drug screening.

• Clean motor vehicle record.
