Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Parts Retail Sales Associate in Irvine to assist technicians and customers in selecting the right parts and accessories. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional buying experience and building loyalty across our auto parts network.

You will meet daily sales targets, price items accurately, respond to calls, stock and organize the parts area, and promote merchandise and vehicle services. A high school diploma and at least one year in a parts or sales role are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in automotive parts department.
• One year of sales experience.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Obtain correct parts and accessories promptly.
• Accurately price parts using pricing source and update documents in the computer system.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Stock incoming inventory and maintain a clean, orderly department.
• Provide customers with needed information and upsell opportunities.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
