Job summary

Federal Signal Corporation in Albuquerque seeks a Parts & Product Support Representative to promote and sell parts, troubleshoot issues, and travel to sites for assessment as needed. The role emphasizes customer relationships, pricing decisions, and coordinating with internal teams to support order fulfillment.

The PPSR will provide aftermarket solutions, prepare quotes, and drive growth across regions while maintaining strong customer service and cost-effective support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience at Ground Force or 3 years of similar industry experience.
• Ability to create innovative solutions for customer specialized applications and communicate expectations to manufacturing leads.
• Extensive knowledge of mining related products and mining support equipment.
• Willing and able to travel to domestic and foreign locations; approx. 15% per year.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships for key accounts in parts sales and product support.
• Create after-market kit formations and provide innovative solutions.
• Create custom MTO parts by modifying standard material and labor bill of materials.
• Promote and sell parts and services to customers across regions; develop new business while maintaining existing customers.
• Prepare and deliver quotes through Epicor/Sage; coordinate with internal teams to schedule and produce master-work orders.
• Make sales calls and manage customer databases; support field service on installations.
• Coordinate pricing and lead times with supply chain and manufacturing planners.
• Engage with customers to ensure needs are met and identify opportunities to enhance relations.
• Develop knowledge of new products and attend regional sales walks.
