Job summary

Toyota Material Handling Systems (TMHS) is seeking a Parts Associate to locate and supply parts for customers, technicians and sales staff. You will use schematics, communicate with vendors, designate shipping methods and process orders to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements include 3+ years of parts procurement, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong communication and computer skills. Forklift knowledge is a plus; ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and keyboard skills.
• Ability to work with customers and teammates in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of parts lookup processes and dealer portals.
• Forklift familiarity a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow 5S policies and maintain accurate PO systems.
• Source non-Toyota and aftermarket parts as needed.
• Assist in inventory control and forklift operations as trained.
