Job summary

Doggett Toyota Lift is seeking a Parts Warehouse associate to handle receiving, shipping, and organization of the parts warehouse. The role includes operating a forklift, maintaining inventory controls, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Preferred one year of parts/warehouse experience, strong communication, and solid organizational skills. This on-site role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prefer one-year parts/warehouse related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of company specific software.

Responsibilities

• Receives parts that are shipped in, making sure that they are received in good condition and that packing slips for inventory control.
• Packs and ships parts to both customers and suppliers in the most efficient manner.
• Maintains a log of all outgoing shipments and all shipping and receiving damages or shortages as well as other documents necessary to protect the inventory investment.
• Stocks all parts into the proper location in the parts warehouse after they have been checked in.
• Operates a fork lift truck.
• Keeps all bins, aisles, and storage areas clean, neat, and clearly labeled.
• Assists Warranty Administrator and Inventory Coordinator when needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
