Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking an operator to process customer parts for sealing or impregnation along the production line. You will unload parts, prepare baskets, and ensure even weight distribution before sending them to the line for porosity sealing or vacuum impregnation.

You will also unload post-processing, repack parts for shipping, apply QC stickers, and use hand tools. Safety-minded flexibility and occasional light hoist/crane work are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable team member capable of lifting and moving parts safely.
• Ability to follow quality-control steps and document results.
• Comfort with basic computer use and shop floor systems.
• Familiarity with hoist/crane operation and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Unload customer parts and place in baskets for processing.
• Prepare baskets with stabilizers to ensure even weight distribution.
• Send baskets to production line for sealing or impregnation.
• Unload post-processing baskets and complete required steps.
• Repack parts into shipping containers and secure them for transport.
• Apply quality stickers and use torque/banding hand tools as needed.
• Shrink wrap pallets and use hand pallet jacks when required.
• Notify Quality or Team Lead about damaged or contaminated parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow Life Saving Rules.
