Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a production associate to follow manufacturing instructions and ensure on-time production and shipment of products. You will operate production equipment, prepare vessels, and manage packaging, labeling and shipping to uphold quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities also include using the ERP system for batch documentation, tracking inventory, and supporting safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production settings appreciated.
• Ability to read batch sheets, SOPs and work instructions.
• Proven reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment following training and instructions.
• Prepare mixing vessels, pumps and hoses for unloading and blending.
• Label, palletize, wrap, and prepare shipments; record in ERP.
• Receive POs in JDE and manage shipments; communicate delays.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Move and handle materials with forklift and other equipment.
• Assist in inventory counts and transfers in ERP.
• Support site safety initiatives and incident investigations.
