Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse/Material Handler to support maintenance operations by delivering parts, tools, and materials to technicians.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate with warehouse and maintenance personnel, and ensure parts availability while complying with FAA regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities include picking, staging, documenting materials, operating forklifts, and expediting high-priority AOG requests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory experience required.
• Must complete AerSale forklift training.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Read, write, and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Deliver parts, tools, and materials to technicians in a timely manner to support maintenance and repair operations.
• Pick, stage, and distribute parts based on work orders and production schedules.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation to ensure accuracy before issuing materials.
• Assist return of unused, unserviceable, core parts following company procedures.
• Accurately complete inventory transactions and material movement documentation using ERP or inventory management software.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) or other high-priority requests by expediting critical parts and materials.
• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all required documentation, labeling, storing to including the scanning and imaging of work packages and traceability documents while meeting all AerSale and Customer requirements.
• Adhere to FAA regulations, company policies and all applicable safety and quality standards
• Assist Department Manager and supervisor as required.
