Responsibilities

• Parts Problem-Solver: be the link between customers, service technicians and parts.
• Customer Champion: handle phone and in-person inquiries professionally.
• The Investigator: identify and source exact parts using catalogs and systems.
• Order Coordinator: manage look-up, entry, invoicing and inventory tracking.
• Shop Support: ensure parts are delivered quickly to minimize downtime.
