Job summary

SPX Cooling Technologies, part of SPX Technologies, is seeking a Manufacturing/Materials Expeditor. You will manage administrative functions for aftermarket component sourcing, planning and buying, issuing work orders and expediting materials to meet production schedules for sales orders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing or logistics
• Manufacturing and/or logistics experience preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong skills in SAP or other ERP system
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Process orders and manage administrative functions for aftermarket component sourcing, planning and buying
• Issue work orders and purchase orders and expedit materials to meet production schedules
• Schedule shipping dates to minimize delays and ensure on-time deliveries
• Collaborate with Shipping, Planning, and Inside Sales teams to satisfy orders
• Resolve order holds and assist with contract issues
• Communicate delays and provide shipment notifications to customers
