Job summary

Malin is seeking a motivated Parts Operations Coordinator for its Fort Worth hybrid operation. The role balances parts correspondence with shipping and receiving to support customers, service technicians, and internal teams.

You will handle quotations, assist with parts identification and availability, process orders, manage backorders, and coordinate core returns while maintaining accurate records in our systems. The position requires forklift experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related parts, warehouse, shipping and receiving, or customer service experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn inventory and business systems.
• Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer parts quotations.
• Support service technicians with parts identification, availability, and order fulfillment.
• Process customer and internal parts orders.
• Monitor backorders and communicate status updates.
• Research and source parts through manufacturer and supplier resources.
• Coordinate core returns and verify shipping documentation.
• Provide front counter coverage when needed.
• Cross-train across parts and warehouse functions to maintain workflow.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems.
